Grundorf Case Warranty

Warranty Period

Grundorf Cases are warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from date of purchase by the original purchaser (provided it was purchased at an Authorized Grundorf Dealer).

Road-Runner Carts – the frame is warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for one year from date of purchase by the original purchaser (provided it was purchased at an Authorized Grundorf Dealer). The casters are warranted for a period of 60 days from the date of purchase.

What’s Not Covered?

Shipping Damage
Abuse or misuse of any kind
Alterations of any kind
Normal wear and tear
Damage, directly or indirectly, with respect to loss of
property, revenues, profit, cost of removals, installations
or re-installations arising out of, or in connection with, the
use or performance of a Grundorf Case product.

Obtaining Warranty Service

To obtain warranty service for any Grundorf Case product, the customer must call Grundorf for a return authorization number and return the case to Grundorf freight prepaid with the return authorization number clearly noted on the outside of the shipping carton. Please include return address, phone, email address, copy of purchase receipt, and repair instructions with the package.

If after inspection by Grundorf and if determined to be covered under warranty, Grundorf will repair or replace (at its discretion) the defective product and return the product freight prepaid.

If the inspection determines it is not covered under warranty, you will be notified by phone/e-mail and all charges for parts, labor and return freight become the responsibility of the claimant. Payment may be made by most major credit cards.
