LC-5SA™

Grund Audio Design has added a new active subwoofer designed for use with the LC-5 and LC-9 Line Column Arrays. The LC-5SAsubwoofer is a powered system that incorporates a 2.1 amplifier designed to drive both the subwoofer and the stereo satellite column array loudspeakers.

The LC-5SA subwoofer features a 1600 watt Class D amplifier. This subwoofer includes onboard DSP capabilities that provides programmableloudspeaker management settings that optimize the column array / subwoofer combination for a variety of applications including corporate presentation spaces, houses of worship, education, club, and DJ events.

Manufactured in the USA, the new LC-5SA subwoofer is built using multi-layer birch wood for superior performanceand cabinet rigidity. The combination of the LC Series Line Column Arrays and LC Series Subwoofers is easily expandablefrom the basic 2.1 system to more elaborate setups, as the DSP / power module can be switched to accommodate largersystems as more loudspeakers are added.
